Which carriers do you use?
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The fastest available option is selected for each order based on your location and current carrier conditions.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we currently ship within the United States only.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days of purchase.

How do I place an order?
Browse our store, select the products you want, and click "Add to Cart." You can checkout as a guest or create an account for a faster experience next time.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Orders in "Pending," "Processing," or "On Hold" status are eligible for cancellation. Once an order moves to "Shipped" status, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us immediately at support@smartlysaves.com if you need to make changes.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page from the main menu. Enter your order details to get real-time updates. You can also log in to your account, navigate to the Orders tab, and click Track on the order you want to follow.
How can I return a product?
We accept returns for damaged items or incorrect shipments. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Please contact us at support@smartlysaves.com to initiate the process.
TAXES
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped within the State of Florida in accordance with Florida state law. Orders outside of Florida are not subject to sales tax.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
